IATROGENIC RIGHT HEART FAILURE DUE TO THE CENTRAL VEN CATHETERIZATION: A RARE COMLPLICATION

Introduction: Central Venous Catheterization (CVC) is an invasive procedure used for many reasons in the clinics such as hemodynamic monitoring, fluid and drug administration hemodialysis. It unlikely problem to forget central catheter wire (CW) intravascular area this creates dangerous consequences. Causes inattention, inexperience, time constraints due workload, fatigue absence of accompaniment from a more experienced clinician are main complication.
 Case Report: We present article, case forgotten CW starting subclavian vein making ring around tricuspid valve right atrium, extending vena iliaca communis dextra meanwhile, preventing closure leading decompensated heart failure. This complication has not been reported previously.
 Conclusion: CVC commonly method. gives us great benefit follow-up treatment. should be kept mind that can cause failure secondary mechanical tension on valve; one its complications.
